A report received after 011 Thursday slated that the Kdge— ctimbe bridge was closed to all traffic.. The reason for it being regard-* ed as unsafe was that the weights of debris against it coupled withHie. force of water which had. risen well above the clearance undevneath bad pushed the bridge out of alignment and t was likely to give vfßjf " at any time.
