BRIDE-TO-BE HONOURED

MISS N. WHLSON T.HE GUEST

A most pleasant evening "was spent at. the home of Mr and Mrs N. Clark, Nukuhou North recently,, when the guests of honour we. e Miss N. Wilson, W.K.N.S., and Pilot Officer R. White, D.F.C.. who are to be married shortly. The everting was spent in dancing and games and much enjoyed by all. The confetti and. Monte Carlo dances proved most, popular.

Mrs Clark received her guests wearing a smart navy and white, figured frock. Mr P. Clark acted as M.C. for the function. After a delicious home-made supper had been served, Mrs Clark on behalf of all present, asked the guesls of honour to accept a cheque with their besti wishes for the future, and wished them a long life of happiness. Pilot OfTiccr White., on behalf of Miss Wilson and himself, thanked Mrs Clark for the splendid evening given them and. the gift from all which was, greatly appreciated. The speaker stated they would always be able to have a happy memory of the evening. All joined in singing ''For They are Jolly Good Fellows" and dancing continued until a late hour.
