INTERESTING MENU CARD
We have been handed an interesting menu card sent from Egypt by Dvr. S. W. (Irace. The eaiul covers the courses of a special reunion dinner promo Led by WJiakatane boys in Cairo on August ."3th last Avhich was attended by no, less than l.iO men from all units of the New Zealand Division. According to Stan (I race the event was a howling success from every angle and provided the best spread of kai, they had seen since leaving good "old New Zealand." The card is neatly printed and is headed "Whakatane County Reunion Dinner" followed .by Lhu slogan "Whakatane kia kaha." The items included soup, fish, roast, trhiw ken, four kinds of vegetables and salads winding up with melons and grapes.
