DRIVERS LICENSES FOR DETAINEES
THOSE who have followed the controversy closely will have considerable admiration for the crisp attitude of the Whakatane County Council in adhering to its former decision—not to issue drivers' licenses to members of the detainees camp now established at Galatea.
