TASK SKILFULLY HANDLED Iteassuring news of the food situation in Britain from the public's point of view is contained in a letter received by Mr 11. Harris, of Hamilton, from Lieutenant-Colonel S. W. Bunker, a retired Army man. "It is most kind of you to say you would like to. send us a parcel/' writes Lieutenant-Colonel Bunker, "hut, in, fact, although there is natural'}' a certain shortage of luxuries. there is also, to be honest, no shortage of essential foodstull's. "The feeding problem in England lias been handled with remarkable skill and success, and there is not the slightest doubt that we are the best fed country in Europe. No one has to go short of the essential elements of food."
