THE BAY OF PLENTY SEAT
THE intimation that Mr W. Sullivan, M.P., has been unanimously selected to contest the Bay of Plenty seat in ttia interests of the National Party, will be warmly endorsed by Party members throughout the Bay. Even those whose political outlook will not permit of their active support for his candidature:, will be forced to admit that he has since holding office, been remarkably active in fostering the interests of this district, and furthermore that his services are at the disposal of all who seek them irrespective bf party or outlook. For this impartiality, the Whakatane: district -owes its representative its warmest thanks and without appearing to side with his party we feel that this is the time it should be extended to him personally.
