COUNTRY MEMBERS FOR A.T.C.
AN effort to*extend the; recruiting campaign for members in the recently formed Whakatane squadron of the Air Training Corps, to the country districts will be made on Thursday next, when a-meeting to be held at Taneatua will invite eligible, young men anct boys, their parents and the public at large to hear the aims and objects of the movement. Already Whakatane has an approved membership of thirty and it is hoped by interesting boys in the country* that this can be built up to forty or fifty. .The Taneatua meeting provides an excellent opportunity for boys from all parts of the country district to learn more of the A.T.C. by attending.
