WEEK-END RESULTS

The results of the four-.ball bestball Bogey played on Saturday, April 17, were as follows:—

Grcagor (16) and Bushett (20) 3 up; Coombes. (12) and Syme (17) all square; Campbell (18) ami Gorbett (27) 1 down; Powdrell (6) and Anderson (13) 1 down.

Greagor and Bushett with a best ball gross of 84 brought in the best card of 3 up on Bogey. Coombes, and Syme also came in with a best ball gross of 84. But the former pair did the home run 4 up on the 1 Colonel, and with the help of a more substantial handicap, gave them a good lead to win comfortably. Easter Week-end There was no competition for Easter week-end apart from frierfdly matches arranged by players themselves. Next Saturday's Draw There will be no draw for next Saturday, on account of. the Awakeri Gymkhana to be held in Tom Howell's; paddock on that day.'This function deserves our full support as it is organised to raise funds to-» wards their Patriotic quota.
