BLANKET ALLOCATION

CIVILIAN SUPPLY INCREASED Arrangements have been mad© for an increase allocation of blankets for civilians according to an announcement madte in the House by the Minister of Supply, the Hon. D. G. Sullilvan, in reply to an urgent question by Mr W. M. C. Denh'am (Invercargill). The Minister said that a'considerable quantity of blankets was now in production and should be available through the customary trade channel's before the coming winter.
