The Bad Sergeant

A religions old lady -from the country was being shown round London when noticing a Staff Sergeant with three stripes and a crown on his left arm, she. enquired what they meant. Her escort told her jokingly that the crown meant that he was married and. the stripes meant three , children. Half an hour later the old lady saw a sergeant with three stripes and NO' CROWN. She promptly set about him with her umbrella.
