King Street Parking
The question of providing better parking facilities outside or in the vicinity of the Caledonian Hall has been referred by the Borough. Council to the Works CommiHtee. Discussing the matter Cr Mulholland said that cars were parked each side of the road at present when the hall was ui use with the result that the roadway was dangerously narrowed.
Shelter Shed- Again Turned Down Seeking reconsideration of the Borough Council's decision not to erect a pedestrian shelter shed on Domain Road, but to> provide several seats, the Chamber of Commerce avill again be disappointed to learn that the council after fuller discussion last Monday evening deckled that it could see no reason for revising its decision.,.
