Buck. , Boy Scouts Action The recent, rescue of two infant girls from the river by three local boys; hasi been referred by the Borough Council to the notice of the Royal Humane Society which lias forwarded, a special questionnaire for details of the rescue. The main, point raised however is whether o«* not those, who accomplished the rescue were actually risking their own J lives in doing so. This, point, while not. detracting from the saving of life by the boys concerned and. the splendid work they accomplished by applying artificial respiration without delay, is open to debate. It- is therefore a matter oft conjecture as. to whether the- Society will recognise the action as worthy of its award or not. j
