The question oi. the liability for accidents in which cars, trucks etc. belonging to foreign governments are involved again came 1 before the Executive. ci' the Auckland Farmers' Union at its last meeting, when a letter was received from the Minister of Transport to the effort that negotiations in regard to thai matter were not I'ully completed.
