REGENT "The Ghost Train," -which commences a season of two nights at the Regent Theatre to-morrow the celebrated stage success bj' Arnold Ridley, which ran for 655 performances at St. Martin's Theatre, London, has been handed down through the years and G.B.D. now presents a third topical film version. The first film starred Guy Newall, and the second "talkie" with Jack Hulbert and Cicely Courtneidge was produced in 1931. Not only has "The Ghost Train" proved famous on the stage but has also proved a sensation and thrill over the air.

GRAND "KNOCKOUT" ACTION DRAMA The story of a prizefighter who was a champ in the ring and a champ out of it is brilliantly depleted Friday and Saturday at the Grand - Theatre when Warner Bros , new film, ''Knockout" started its local run. The picture stars Arthur Kennedy, and lovely Oiympe Rradua, in her first picture for Warners. The unique situation of counterfeiters operating in an abandoned mine with headquarters in a nearby dude ranch furnishes the basis for the exciting action in Tim Holt's current outdoor drama, ''Dude Cowboy." Marj.orie Reynolds for the second time plays the romantic interest opposite Holt. Ray Whitlej-, the singing cowboy, and Lee White, the comedy character actor, head the supporitng cast in their favourite roles of. Smokey and Whopper.
