PLAN FOR MUDFLATS HARBOUR BOARD'S MEASURES Writing the Borough Council last Monday evening the Whakatanc Harbour Board intimated that it had authorised Air J. Grierson of-Auck-land to make a provisional survey of the mudflats adjoining Commerce Street with a view to the formula-! Lion of a plan for their utilisation. Cr Shaplcy: 'This will not place any liability on the council, will it?'" The Mayor: "No, that was. made auite clear at the conference. But it is understood that we will be consulted."
