NARROW ESCAPE
WOMAN CYCLIST'S EXPERIENCE
A narrow escape from more serious injury was experienced by Miss Reg Bright of Salonika Street yesterday afternoon when cycling into town from her home.
Passing the intersection of Domain and Commerce Streets her machine was struck by an incoming taxi, the impact throwing her heavily to the road. Miss Bright who was taken to the hospital for treatment sustained a severe bruising to the left shoulder and leg. Her condition is reported to be satisfactory.
