Before J. G and G. 11. Kent, J.P.'s, a youny Maori Porwhare pleaded to haAing used obscene lang--uage. in a public place—to wit the Strand on Saturday last.
A further charge of drunkenness was also preferred and accused was convicted and fined £5.
