SCHNAPPER

Local fishermen have met with 'considerable luck at the Heads, where large crowds are gathering each week-end. Lasit Sunday •one sportsman landed the record with a twenty-five pound schnapper in perfect condition. The fish which was seen by many people measured' 2ft 10 inches and' 25 inches around the girth. The same linesman had 1 the luck to catch three sixpounders and one seven-pounder. The Headls appear to be attracting more and more attention as Ohope becomes more remote owing to the petrol restrictions.
