. - At Monday's meeting of the Whakatane Chamber of Commerce the ; resignation of Mr C. C. Southey was accepted with regret. Messrs W. Bridger, K.. Price, C. | S. Armstrong, E. Ramscn, P. Dixon, - J. D. Rivett, C. F. Thomas (chairman) and C. W. Good (secretary) were at Monday's meeting of the Chamber of Commerce appointed as a Retailers' Sub-Committee.
