THE NATIONAL RESERVE BALL TRAVEL CONCESSIONS Representations have been made bj r the Dominion executive of the New Zealand Returned Services' 1 Assoeiation J'or the establishment of Avet canteens at each battalion headquarters of the National Military Reserve throughout the Dominion and all other military camps where possible throughout the Dominion. The executive has also decided to bring before the Minister's- notice the fact that the members: of the National Military Reserve in some districts are obliged to pay full rail fares when travelling from and to duty and that concessions available in some districts do not apply in others. It was also decided to adopt the suggestion, and make representations accordingly. in connection with the appeal for binoculars for the armed forces, that, as rifles have been called in by the Government, the same method of collection should also apply to binoculars.
