FAREWELL TO AIRMEN
THIS AFTERNOON'S CIVIC
FUNCTION
At 5 o'clock tlvis afternoon a civic farewell is to be tendered two members of the R.N.Z.A.F. at present on leave and residents of town and district are invited to be present at the Borough Council Chambers.
The men to be honoured are Sgt. Pilot A. Coutts and L.A.C., N. Brock* ett, and the chief speakers will be His Worship the Mayor, Mr J. L. Burnett (chairman of the County Council), and representatives of the U.S.A. and Borough Ladies' Farewell Committee.
