BOROUGH AND COUNTY ACTIVITIES MANY PRESENTATIONS MADE f Reviewing the activities of tha Borough and County Farewell 1 Committee's work since the outbreak of war it is found that approximately? £250 has been spent on gifts which have been made to men af all services leaving the district. This work occupies considerable time and requires constant attention and it is the intention of the committee responsible to meet oil Thursday next, September 18, with a. view to making, further arrangements and considering ways and means of raising further funds.
