BREACHES OF RESTRICTIONS ACTION TO BE, TAKEN* For some time heavy traffic owners and drivers havei been ignoring the Borough Council's by-law that such vehicles must not be parked in the Strand and recent offences having come to notice, it is the intention of the Council to enforce this regulation. At Monday's meeting it was decided that the attention of the Traffic Inspector be drawn to the breach by heavy motor vehicles of the Council's restrictions at the eastern end of the Strand, while, it was also decided that following the completion next season of the re-sealing of this section thtft parking lines be painted at an angle of 60 degrees.
