Men Stop Work. Discrimination in the apportioning of work alleged by Maori workmen at the Rotoiti Timber Co. mill at Mourea resulted in 22 workmen being idle on Thursday and Friday. After discussing the dispute with the managing-director, Mr W. H., Wackrow, and tlie Rolorua secretary of Hie Timber Workers' Union, Mr W. Seator, work was resumed on Monday morning.
