WHAKATANE CATTLE FAIR Messrs Dalgety and Co. Ltd. report having held their Whakatane Cattle Fair when fully the advert tised entry cams forward. The quality was again up to the , usual standard and the condition if anything, better than last year. There was a representative attendance of buyers from Thames, Auckland, Waikato, Kotorua and T'e Puke. Competition was keen for all classes of male cattle with values exceeding last vear's rates.
