TYOUNG MAORI PLEADS GUILTY .CONVICTION RECORDED Appearing before Messrs Hayward ".and J. Moody in the Taneatua Court on Saturday morning, Edward Hikaka, labourer, aged 24, pleaded ; guilty to being an idle and disorderly person with insufficient visible .means of support. The circumstances w r ere outlined .by the police -prosecutor, Constable 'O. S. Rice, and the accused was convicted and ordered to come up. for .sentence if called upon within 12 months, a condition being that lie . accepted'employment offered.
