WHAKATANE LADIES' GOLF

ONE-DAY TOURNAMENT On Friday, September 27th, the Wliakatane Ladies' Golf Club will hold a one-day tournament with a morning Medal and an afternoon Boge3" for A and B players and two Medal rounds for G players. Conditions: 2s 6d per day or Is 6d for a single round. Players are asked to take theU' own lunches and tea will provided at the clubhousie. There is no draw for Wednesday and Saturday, September 25th and 28th. The results of the first championship rounds were:— A: Mrs Bullard won from Miss J. Baker; Mrs Farmer won from Mrs Miss Black won from Mrs Boon; Mrs Dewar Avon from Mrs Steele. Be Mrs A.
