Mrs J. Merritt, President of the 5 Club, made the presentations, Lieut G. Santon receiving a Maori carved 3 cigarette box and Sgt W. P. Rangi r being presented with a set of milii tary hair brushes. Both recipients , responded. ; Mrs Koliine Ponika and T. Turei r rendered very enjoyable; items duri ing the evening and the music was - supplied by G. Webb's dance band.
