RATS
Sir, : —I had occasion to go to the rubbish dump at the back of the Borough Council Chambers on Saturday evening last. I was more than astonished to see there "a large number of rats. I could hardly believe my eyes. : There -were hundreds of them among the old tins and bisli. —many oi them almost as big as cats. Something must be done to get rid of them.Whose job is it? Yours etc., _ _ CITIZEN.
