COUNTY COUNCIL
ORDINARY MONTHLY MEETING RECOMMENDATIONS ADOPTED The County Council met yesterday, Mr L. J. Burnett, Chairman* presiding over Councillors A. F«> McGougan, L. W. Luxton, W. A.. McCracken, 11. C. McCready, R. F. Wardlaw, C. T. Smith, D. \V. Spence, T. G. H. .Cawte and F. J.. Burt, the County Clerk, Mr C. G. Lucas, and the County Engineer, Mr C. H. Brebner. A fairly lengthy agenda was Icng thened still further when a ratepayer waited on the Council and the meeting concluded at 4.15 p.m* The recommendations of the Finance and General Purposes Committee and the Works Committee were adopted and the Engineer's report was approved.
