GOOD PROGRESS
■ WHARF RECONSTRUCTION "Good progress continues to bemade with the reconstruction of the wharf and the first section, the larger of the two, is nearly completed. Work is proceeding on the second portion, few piles remaining to be driven and with a continuance of the favourable weather the contractor should have no difficulty in com pletingvthe job by October, the time allowed in the contract.
