SUCCESSFUL DANCE
OTAKIRI PATRIOTIC SOCIETY FAREWELL COMMITTEE'S FUNCTION Sounds of revelling were heard at the Otakiri Hall last Thursday, even ing,i when the Fa re we 1 111 Committee organised a most successful dance,, the first of a series.: The fun was augmented by the Rotorua Pipe Band which played two extras, in good old Scottish styles Extras were also contributed by Mr E. Alexander and Mr S. Pearse. Winners of the Monte Carlo • waltz were M. Brady and Miss S. Grover and of the Spot Waltz Mr Addison and partner. An iced cake was won by Miss J. Black. Supper was served by the coxn-> mittee and friends and the duties; of M.C. were capably carried, yfliV by Mr O. Lord. . *7".
