WHAKATANE GOLF CLUB
The Sectional play in the Clarke and Reynolds Cups competitions has now been completed and the draw for match play (knock-out) is follows: — Clarke Cup: Winner of Cradwick v Roberts plays Powdrell; Steel plays Montgomery; Horrocks plays Avinner of Herrold v Allen; Hill plays winner of Newman v Campbell. Reynolds Cup; L. B. Smith plays S. Armstrong, winner of Dawson v Barry plays Norris; Grey plays Hunter; Winstone plays Standrin. The remainder of the Club will par ticipate in a Bogey match next Saturday, for which players are asked to arrange their own parsers.
