CONSTITUTION OF FUND BOARD "The National Fund Board lias nothing Avhatever to do with politics," said His Worship the Mayor at Thursday night's public meeting. The Mayor was speak ing on a question raised by Mr W.Sullivan, who had stressed the fact that it would be easier to collect money if the funds raised were used in the districts responsible.
