BAIL ESTREATED
CHARGE OF DRUNKENNESS There was no appearance of defendant in the Police Court on Monday morning when Ben Wharepapa Ruatahuna, aged 21, labourer, was called to answer a charge of being found drunk in the Strand on Saturday afternoon. The bail, of 10s„ was ordered to be estreated by Mr G. A. Brabant, J.P., who was on the Bench.
