CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE The Postmaster, Mr L. G. Wood, advises that, commencing forthwith, the following additional codes are permitted in overseas telegrams other than those to the countries, Empire and Foreign, previously notified . As an exception the "acme" code may be used in telegrams exchanged with France and French colonies. The same conditions of acceptance as lor codes already authorised are applicable to the additional codes which are acme commercial and phrase code, new standard three letter code and new standard halfword code. Abbreviations to be used in instructions are respectively "acme," "stanter" and "stanhaf,"
