EMPLOYEE LEAVING FOR SERVICE LOCAL FIRM'S FAREWELL The management and stall ol Messrs Armstrong and Co., Ltd.. tendered a farewell social on lluirsday evening to Mr Eric Wilson, who has joined the Royal New Zealand Air Force. In making the presentation of an engraved wristlet Avatch Mr S. Armstrong, Snr. referred to Mr Wilson's record term of 11 years as an employee of the linn. He had a great record and could be depended upon to do justice to himself in his new sphere. The presentation of a toilet set on behalf of the workshop staff was made by Mr 11.
