ANNUAL MEETING

OOG TRIAL CLU B SUCCESSFUL YEAR The annual meeting of the Bay of Plenty Sheep Dog Trial Club waj held last week, there being an average attendance. The chair was occupied by Mr H. L. Carey, the retiring president. Prior to the commencement of business the president referred to the death of the Prime Minister. Kt. Hon. M. J. Savage. As a mark of respect those present stood in silence for a few moments. The secretary, Mr B. Gaskill read the minutes of the previous annual meeting and the balance sheet. The position of the club was shown to lie quite satisfactory. Mr A. Gordon complimented the president and secretary on their reports and said that the commiftee was to be congratulated in every way on such a successful year.
