FIRST OFFENDER DISCHARGED

Constable F. M. Fuller said he had found accused sprawling on the grass- at King Street on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 6th. with a bottle of methylated spirits alongside him, when Daniel O'SulUvan appeared in the Magistrate 55 c.ourt on Wednesday on a charge of being found drunk in a public place.

The constable added that accused was a statutory first offender anc| O'Sullivan was convicted and discharged.
