MAINTENANCE ORDER SOUGHT

INABILITY TO PAY

Wilfred Gregor Gibson MacKinnon proved that it Avas impossible for him to contribute towards the maintenance of his son, Irwin Rees MacKinnon, when an order was sought against him in the Magistrate's Court or Wednesday. Defendant said that he Avas a foreman on the Public Works and living alone in a Public Works hut at Matat.a. He received £4 10s per Aveek and Avas paying £2 10s per Aveek main tenance to his Avife. After paying for food and other expenses he had only about £1 per week for himself and he had no other asset's apart from his Avages.

Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., dismissed the case.
