A sprightly and gay comedy, "The Girl From Mexico" stars Lupe Velez as a native girl in a tiny Guadalajara town where her singing attracts the attention of Donald Woods, a young advertising executive searching for a Mexican singer for a national radio programme. He signs Lupe to a contract and takes her to New York. "Mr Reeder in Room 13" Edgar Wallace's Thriller. Gibb McLaughlin, Peter Murray Hill, Sara Seegar. Edgar Wallace's famous character, 'Mr Reeder," comes to the screen in a series of thrills, excitement, romance and mystery, as only Edgar Wallace could write them.
