LONG DUE DEBT MAGISTRATE'S OBSERVATION When A. M. Bisley and Go's claim against W. H. Jr.ckson came up for decision at the Police Court on Wednesday, it Avas stated that the debt had been oAving since 1932. The magistrate, Mr W. H.
