THREE OFFENDERS FINED Mr W. H. Freeman S.M. fined Aubrey Dallej r 5s and costs for park ing over a lire-plug and 5s and costs were inflicted on Alan Victor Raymond for riding a bicycle without a light and L. Know les for not having a red rear reflector fitted.
