NO new attacks made

Enemy aircraft have been seen daily over Scotland since the recent spectacular raid on battleships in the Firth of Forth. Planes Avere seen again over Scapa Flow but they retired in the face of heavy anti-air-craft fire. Two further raiders were after seen over the Orkneys flying at a great height. Others were seen over the mainland but in no single instance was there any attempt to drop bombs. MORE THAN A THIRD LOS(T Two German airmen who participated in the raid on the Clyde were picked up in a collapsible boat by fishermen j 7 esterday. Thej 7- stated that their machine had landed in the sea. This further loss shows that more than one-third of the raiders were destroyed by the British fighters and shore batteries.
