The last phase in the ill-fated Queen Carnival, takes place this evening when a dance promoted by the members of the central excutive will take place in the Winter Show hall, for the purpose of presenting the three young ladies who had acted as Queens, with a suitable gift to remind them of their association with the campaign, and further as a gesture of appreciation for their services.
