WAR NEWS—FEATURED IN "BEACON"

In response to numerous demands from its readers the BEACON has made an endeavour in todays issue to show in condensed form the progress of the war 'in Europe. This service will be continued until such time as public attention and interest assumes a more moral tone towards the developments of the struggle, which as all people know has as yet scarcely begun. The news featured will be the latest release and should go a long way towards meeting the general desire of our subscribers to be able to follow the epic events abroad. We trust that this departure will be appreciated, and will welcome further suggestions.
