RELATIVE TO VAL WATCH

Lately joined up Avith A. E. Cox's Te Aroha team is a half brother to Val Watch and full brother to the Spear Dance mare Attack. This new aspirant to racing honours is somewhat plain in appearance, but it may be yet another case of "handsome is that handsome does." In, the same stable is a fine big gelding 'by Acrc—Marble Arch mare. In his Avalk ing pace he could be termed a loose gaited customer, but on the traclt ? with the pace right on he is a very smooth mover getting over the ground in apparently effortless style.
