THE MAIN HIGHWAY Sir ( —l do hope that Whakatane will stand fast to the route of th" main highway going vin Otarawairerc Bay to Ohope. That would be a glorious scenic route, one of the finest, and tlie whole route from Rotorua to Gisborne would satisfy tin most exacting tourist. The other proposed routes are not sc?.n,ic. No, Otarawairerc Bay route is the one the only one. Let us ? to*a man, support that route.
