ROUTE OF MAIN HIGHWAY THE HOSPITAL OBJECTION A letter received by Mr A. G. Hull quist M.P. from Mr J. Wood, chair, man of the Main Highways Board, reads: ''In reference to your telegram of 21st instant with regard to the objection of the local authorities in Whakatane to the route passing the Whakatane hospital, I have to advise that there are two or three alternatives which suggest and these are being looked into."
