Sydney, February 25. Arrived — Hauraki, from Auckland. Melbourne, February 25. An income tax has been carried by the Assembly. Succession duties were also passed. Strop won the Tasmanian Cup ; Bella, 2 ; Red Gauntlet, 3. An attempt is being made to send an intercolonial rifle team to Philadelphia. A cablegram from London reports the arrival of the Lutterworth from Auckland.'
